Our websites are usually completed within 7 days plus, depending on the size of the project, the package you select, and how quickly you provide content (text, images, etc.)
Do I need to know anything about websites or coding?
Not at all! We handle all the technical stuff. Our goal is to make this process easy and stress-free, whether it’s your first website or a redesign.
Will my website show up on Google?
Yes! Your website will be built using SEO best practices to help it appear in search engine results. We also offer monthly blog content and ongoing SEO optimisation as optional add-ons.
However, while we follow proven SEO strategies, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or results on Google, as search engine algorithms are outside our control.
Do you work with clients outside of South Africa?
Yes, we’re location-independent! We work with clients locally and internationally via email, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
Do you write the content for me?
Content writing is not included in our base packages. However, we offer professional copywriting services if you'd like help crafting your website content.
What if I don’t have a logo or branding yet?
No problem! We offer basic branding packages that include a logo, color palette, and font selections to get you started. Having a cohesive brand identity helps your website look professional and polished. Just let us know during onboarding if you need branding support.
What if I want to cancel my project?
If you cancel before we begin, we’ll refund you in full. If work has already started, we cannot offer a refund due to time already spent on the project.

Do you offer hosting and a domain? Can I use my own hosting provider?
Yes! You’ll receive basic training on how to update your website, or you can sign up for one of our monthly maintenance packages, and we’ll handle it for you.
