  • A full refund is available if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of purchase and work has not yet started.

  • If we have already allocated resources or begun work on the project, only a partial refund will be issued (to cover costs already incurred).

  • Once a project is completed, no refunds will be issued.

  • Refunds for hosting and domain renewals are not available once payment has been processed.
